Are my photos uploaded?

Sticker extraction and effects happen on your device. With Pro iCloud sync enabled, supported stickers and focus records sync to your private iCloud database.

How do I restore Pro?

Open the subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple account you purchased with.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

What do I need for iCloud sync?

You need Pro access, an available iCloud account, and a network connection. Enable sync in app settings and use the same Apple account on your devices.

How can I report an issue?

Email the issue, app version, device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are welcome; please do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment details.
